Design Decisions is a Cape Town based interior design practice with over thirty years of experience in the Interior Design and Construction Project Management Industry. We have a proven track record of delivering superior services to all our clients. We have successfully completed over 200 projects throughout Southern, East and West Africa in all fields of Interior Design, from Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Residential commissions.

We offer fully turn-key interior design and project management solutions. Our approach is solution driven, simple and stylish, drawing from our strong architectural understanding of space, light and placement of objects.

About our founder

Temi Stallings is a passionate and purpose-driven interior designer with a Pan-Africanist lens and global perspective, with over 30 years experience dedicated to creating spaces that reflect cultural identity and social meaning. She draws inspiration from Africa’s rich design heritage and integrates global design innovations to curate interiors that are both rooted and progressive. Committed to community empowerment, inclusive aesthetics, and locally sourced materials, where each project is an opportunity to celebrate African excellence while contributing to a globally connected and culturally respectful design narrative.
